A long, horizontal manuscript page with three columns of black script and two circular holes.
A single, elongated, horizontal strip of light brown or tan paper is displayed. The paper has a slightly irregular shape, with rounded corners on the left and a somewhat torn or uneven edge on the right. Its surface is textured and shows darker spots and variations in tone. The strip is divided into three distinct sections of text, each containing multiple lines of black script. The script is dense and uniform, filling most of the width of each section. Approximately five to six lines of text are visible in each section. The script is characterized by a horizontal line running along the top of many characters. Two circular holes are punched through the paper. The first hole is located between the left and middle text sections, and the second hole is between the middle and right text sections. These holes are centered vertically within the paper strip. The background is a plain, light, off-white color.
