Long horizontal manuscript with black text, red borders, and a central illustration of a stupa
A long, narrow, horizontal manuscript, likely light brown or tan, is presented against a plain gray background. The manuscript is rectangular with slightly uneven, worn edges. It is filled with multiple lines of dense black text, arranged in horizontal blocks. The text is divided into several sections by vertical decorative bands. The central section features a prominent rectangular illustration panel. Within this panel, a white, dome-shaped structure, resembling a stupa, is depicted. It has a tiered base and a multi-tiered finial at its apex, all outlined in red and gold. Red and gold decorative elements, possibly ribbons or banners, extend from the top of the stupa. The background of this central illustration is a light yellow. To the immediate left and right of this central illustration, the manuscript has vertical red bands with intricate gold patterns. Further to the right, another smaller, square-shaped decorative element is visible, featuring a circular motif within a square, also outlined in red and gold. Two circular holes are punched through the manuscript, one positioned within a red-banded section to the left of the central illustration, and another within a similar section to its right. The black text is consistently legible across the entire length of the manuscript.
